“Clean. Close to where I needed to be. Doing some remodeling but didn't really affect my trip. Pool is being completely overhauled. Just would like better pillows. 🙂”

“The outside of the hotel was run down and dirty. There was trash all over the parking lot for the entirety of our stay. While the lobby was put together, the hallways and room walls and carpets were discussing. The staff were overall pretty rude or simply missing. We waited for over 10 minutes on two separate occasions with nobody to assist us. The pool was closed and surrounded in trash. There was staff there cleaning it at one point and when I asked the desk staff, she just said it’s...

“It was alot of ants in thr room and the room smelled like mildew there was a large water mark on the ceiling maybe thats why also it seems like when we used the sinks water leaked over the counters i did not ask for another room cause when i tried to book a second connecting room i was told there were no vacancies ”

“Hotel nuovo E per tale motivo tenuto benissimo. Non si trova esattamente al centro ma vi sono un sacco di localini carini di fianco. La stanza a noi assegnata per quattro persone era ampia e spaziosa ed il bagno molto bello. Unica pecca è che non è facilissimo da rintracciare col satellitare”

“The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic when we arrived. They talked to me about the property and actually had drawn a complete map of the hotel. Very impressed with his Customer Service”

“The hot tub did not work, the water was too cold to get in. The carpets were staind, the side door to get in with my key did not work. This is the 2nd time Holiday Inn Express has disappointed me. ”

“All the staff were super super friendly and accommodating! I can't say enough nice about them! Our room was very clean. The air conditioner did not cool down properly, and I did inform the gal at the desk when we were checking out about it. I did not say anything while we were there because we were comfortable in our room anyway. You just had to turn it down very low for it to cool at all. The parking was seemed very safe, and there was plenty of it!”

“Struttura ottima, colazione ottima, camere bellissime. L’unico neo è il ventilatore nelll’area cucina che resta sempre acceso e la notte e’ rumoroso e fa scendere la temperatura della stanza .”
