“Was a late arrival and staff was very friendly. ”

“There was dirt, hair, and a dead spider on the bed…. And the shower wouldn’t drain in the first room. They switched me rooms and the next room was dusty and their was a bug on the air conditioner. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.”

“Very nice hotel. Clean room, very nice shower, check in was a breeze. ”

“About 5-6 roaches were in the motel room. It looked clean but they were alive. We slept at the foot of the beds without blankets and all lights on ”

“When I arrived I had to set in the parking lot for well over an hour waiting for a staff member to show up so I could check in. Then I get to my room to find an extremely outdated room that isn't fit for much more than an hourly rate motel. This is in fact a motel so I wasnt expecting anything great but this was beyond a bad experience this has all the makings of a stephen king novel. ”

“Ac unit on 4th floor caught on fire causing entire hotel to evacuate and stand outside for over an hour. Then some rooms were flooded but nobody was offered refunds or to switch to another hotel. It was unsafe and had electrical and wiring problems, outlets and lights flickered and/or simply didn't work from the moment we checked in PRIOR to the fire.”
