“The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. “Although the pictures show ocean view there was none. Also guests should be forewared abour the numerous sets of steps to get to the apartment. Especially difficult with luggage.”

“The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).”

“The view from the property is amazing and it was a short walk to the old city. Out of the gate and straight down stairs until you get to the entrance to old town. Easy walk down. Be prepared for a climb on the way back up. Our only complaint was the lack of bedding for the couch (couldn’t find pillow cases or a duvet). Parking was tricky but we lucked out as we were the only guests with a vehicle when we were there. Getting out of the parking was difficult due to the number of cars in the area...

“Great location overlooking the water. As this is a converted villa, they do not have a front desk to check in. They use key codes to enable entry in the villa and your room. I did not know this until I arrived. Expedia sent me multiple emails while I was in flight and I did not have a chance to check emails when I touched down to get this info. Fortunately there was staff there to help me out. My room was large and modern. Very comfortable”

“The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. “Great host, fantastic location, and extremely clean. We would strongly consider staying here again if we come back to Dubrovnik.”

“Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available.”

“Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst...

“Great location in Lapad. Host is very friendly and gave us information about the bus route to old town and a tour of his garden. Sunset beach was less than 10 minute walk and the promenade has lovely restaurants and bars to explore. Service was elite!”
