“The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!”

“Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

“Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay.”

“Thanks to the reviews, I already expect the check in procedure to last for 20-30mins and it’s true. After checking in, the car park was allocated at tower 3 and our card only have assess to tower 2. So it took another 30 mins to figure out how to walk around in the car park to reach your apartment. The apartment has zero noise cancelling. Upstairs walking, flushing and opposite door closing and opening you can literally hear everything. Most probably you are going to sleep late from neighbours...

“We went as a family of 4. Very good resort. Quiet and serene surrounding. The resort uses natural resources such as solar power for electricity & water from the underground. Friendly staff and clean room. Suitable for nature lovers, went up nature trail to view sunrise. The kids get to feed the fish, ducks & chickens bring fishing rods for catching fish in the pond in front of the chalet.”

“We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard before we could park and check in. After 3 different conversations with the guard and another hotel receptionist from a nearby hotel, we were eventually directed to a completely different hotel reception down the hill 5 mins drive away, where we were told that we need to use an app to check in, despite us having driven to a different location! This then took a long time to do, the instructions to collect keys were slow to arrive...
