“I didn't really like anything, it felt old and stale, and the amenities were cheap. The bed was nice.”

“Didn’t know that Ice is only on the 2nd floor and wasn’t told at the check in until searching during the evening. Parking was safe, but did cost $25 and wasn’t listed online or else could have considered that price with other hotels. Overall the staff was nice and attentive. I’d stay there again.”

“This is a good place to stay. the room was clean and functional. On the negative side, you have to bring bottled water. There is none in the room. Providing just two bottles of water would be welcome. Also, the TV was annoyingly small.”

“The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. However, the room became very cold in the middle of the night. Also, the breakfast was not as described in the listing. It was far from a continental breakfast and overall felt very basic and below expectations.”

“Good place and nice rooms. You have to ask to get the room done daily..else they skip it. No closed wardrobe in the room. Bathroom is nice. Breakfast is very limited in choice. Parking is 15$/day.”

“It was a last minute booking to attend a concert at Stanford. The location was very convenient off the freeway and close to good food places. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There was free coffee at the lobby. It's pet-friendly too! It's a good place to stay and I can recommend to my family and friends.”

Jonathan helped find us a better room that suited our needs after our flight got canceled and we missed 1 day of our reservation. Nathan helped me find a table to work online in my room. They went over and above to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.”
