“Good place and nice rooms. You have to ask to get the room done daily..else they skip it. No closed wardrobe in the room. Bathroom is nice.

“There is plenty of parking and the area is well-lit. Breakfast was good, and we really liked the automatic pancake maker—you don't have to pour your own batter and make a mess! It uses a bag of mix and makes the cutest 'ruffled' pancakes. The only small issue we had was that the room numbers were too small and not lit up. Since we arrived late at night, we had some trouble locating our room because of this. But all in all, it's a great location and was a very nice stay.”

“Overall, the property meet our expectations, as well had stayed here in the past.
However, a recent Corporate makeover of the rooms left me unable to work at the desk in the room.
A 'new and improved' desk lamp is only about 10" tall and the light just shines down on the base,.
You simply can not read any documents, etc.!
I complained to the front deck and they put a big pole lamp at the end of the desk.
Much better,
I also received a nice note about my inconvenience.
I hope that enough...

“There was mold in the fridge. When they changed our mini fridge there was still mold in the new one. Housekeeping threw away our souvenirs that were in paper bags on the floor even when we told them we did not want cleaning. We contacted front desk on the day of our check-out and have yet to hear about our missing stuff. No compensation was given and they said they would call back, but never did. The hotel phone number does not even work. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.”

“It was a last minute booking to attend a concert at Stanford. The location was very convenient off the freeway and close to good food places. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There was free coffee at the lobby. It's pet-friendly too! It's a good place to stay and I can recommend to my family and friends.”

“Good breakfast, nice room.
My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning.
There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway.
Gym ok
You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before.
I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”
