“BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! We really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary parking garage was just one block away, which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was good, and the restaurant and bar were a nice bonus. The foyer was a wonderful place to sit and chat with friends. “Old everything. Smelled of cigarettes and mold. One outlet in bathroom and on opposite wall from vanity. Shower curtain torn and falling off. This should not be listed as a Best Western as it meets no Best Western standards. Would definitely have checked out and gone elsewhere but no other hotels available! Also, two ?? peepholes in door?? If you were looking through them you looked directly at the bed.”

“There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs.
