“We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. “Very nice and relaxing cabin! It is 20 min from the town and not much nearby so it’s very quiet. Everything was kept very clean. My son liked having his own room (although he complained the mattress wasn’t comfy he fell asleep fast). The hot tub was easy to use and clean. The only confusing part was Orbitz said check out was noon but the email from the owner said 11 the morning of so we had to rush out. I would definitely recommend this property though.”

“The cabin was accommodating and cutely decorated. We loved sitting on the porch watching wildlife. We were able to catch two baby deer up close. For a restful and relaxaruon time, i would highky recommend this. We are wanting to return.”
