“Courteous and helpful office staff ironing board cover stained so I could not use it Lamps could use dusting as well as detailed vacuuming. I give my stay an 8 out of 10 would I stay again maybe”

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“This Bed and Breakfast was very nice. It was a pretty room, comfortable bed and convenient location. I liked that it was walking distance to the center of town and a short drive to the battlefields. They offer both a multi course sit down breakfast or a grab and go simpler breakfast. We needed to get on the road in the morning so we chose the grab and go. It was great, with ample choices of food. The sit down meal did smell delicious though!”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up”

“The room was not very clean and all there was brown and white stains on the curtains the breakfast you had to go into the basement to get to and there was an employee they're telling us that that was all the eggs they had in that plate for 80 people she kept saying it and saying it to everybody so it made you not want to eat the breakfast but the air conditioner was good the staff was fairly friendly I would only use this place for a ASAP stay I do not recommend it for anything else”

“This is a “dressed up” low level hotel. Well below normal IHG standards. The hotel was at least half empty. They evidently hadn’t checked the room: tv didn’t work and no soap in the shower. Also, the shower door was incorrectly installed, allowing water to pour onto the floor, and whoever picked out the bedside lights didn’t take into account that a normal person can turn them on or off while in bed. Cute concept; poorly executed.”
