Hotel a Westminster

“The property and staff were fine. TV didnt work. Mattresses were so old that the springs litterally dug into our backs at night. Awful sleeping experience. ”

“The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. All day coffee machine was great. There are not many hotels in the area, but plenty of restaurants nearby. ”

“The room was as if they didn’t clean up t prior to. The kitchenette consisted of a microwave and a mini-fridge; that’s it. ”

“Breakfast was okay. Had to wait a handful of times because staff was not on top of things. Still uses tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner unlike most hotels that have the big squeeze bottles on the shower walls. Staff was okay, kind of we spoke to them but never greeted us we had to speak first. ”

“We were in town for a wedding and spent two nights. We loved the convenient location to downtown Frederick. The hotel was clean and safe. The room was spacious and provided all of the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the the gym which was bigger and had more equipment than most hotel gyms. We would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again.”

“Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is...

“The room was comfortable. Easy access to things. Unfortunately breakfast was very disappointing . Only oatmeal, 2 bagels, and a few coffee cakes. ”

“I had to move from the first room given - the curtain didn’t come all the way down. One that was handled great experience. Very nice soap, very helpful team members! Great coffee! Quiet!”

“Sleep with mice everywhere. First night heard them crawling all night. Second night felt one actually crawling on me while I was asleep, flung it across the room and slept the rest of the night in my truck. Next morning I checked out snd ask for a refund for the remaining nights I wasn’t going to be stayibg there. They gave me a bit of a runaround and just hoping I get my refund. 1 community microwave in the lobby that everyone uses. ”
