“Front desk assistant Dianna was lovely, helpful and very friendly. The room was renovated and clean (though the bathroom was not renovated). The room was great, but the outside of the hotel was dilapidated and I believe was housing homeless. It didn’t seem very safe in the parking lot area and there were people smoking pot all around the property.”

“This property reeks of cigarette smoke. We have allergies. I called Expedia to see what to do. Expedia called the hotel. Then the front desk called me to yell at me about going behind their back. I was like what are you going to do? Offer me an air freshener. Cool, more irritation of my nose. After telling me I could leave and that they would approve a refund, management then turned around and denied the refund to Expedia. Disgusting.”

“The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasn’t rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning.
My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks...

“The hotel is okay. It's an older structure. Latest renovation is becoming worn. Long walk to my room but convenient to where I parked. Late checkin doable. Comfortable bed. Smallish bathroom. Breakfast not included. I got my breakfast elsewhere. Fairly easy on/off both 95 and 295. Twenty to 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. ”
