“It was ok. The place looks a bit run down, but it was clean. The staff was cordial and professional.”

“There was some sketchy people hanging around the parking lot when I arrived in the afternoon but that doesn't really have anything to do with the hotel. Just...interesting. Anyway, the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Tons of eating options nearby. The mall is right around the corner. 10min drive to downtown Annapolis. Friendly staff. Would stay again!”

“Loved my stay here”

“My room upon arrival wasn't clean and had an odor. The bathroom wasn't clean and the the towel had hair in them. The refrigerator was broken, they didn't have any towels on Saturday. I asked to speak with the manager for a refund , we wore leaving to go to another hotel. I decided to wait to speak with her, just to find out I was given the wrong information. Sunday we left after the horrible experience. Eventually spoke with the General manager Deekpat to explain the situation even took...

“The elevator was broken so guests had to use the stairs which is not easy with luggage. The key to our room didn’t work so I had to run down to the desk twice before staff finally came up and tried themselves to find it really wasn’t working like I said. We were put in a different room. We won’t be staying there again.”
