“Hello. This is an older building but in decent repair with its age. Excusing the age of the building does not excuse cleanliness that was overlooked and should have paid more attention to.

“Room was clean and decently updated. Staff was nice. Free hot breakfast but you could tell it was just reheated. Pool was out of order. Fitness center was very small (dumbbells, elliptical & treadmill) and the treadmill didn’t work. They do have a partnership with the fitness center around the corner if you have time to use that instead. My room keys deactivated multiple times throughout my stay. ”

“Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. ”

“Breakfast was an add on we didn't choose. Staff wasn't as sharp mor friendly as they should be. Called our room at 9:00 PM to ask our name? Not being sure about the call, I said I will come down to the desk. When I got there, I was again asked my name then I was told to step away from the desk, and wait. After a short wait she called me back up and said you can go. No explanation, just a big inconvenience with no apparent reason. ”
