“When we travel, we always wipe our rooms down with clorox wipes before we unpack anything. The room was fairly clean with the exception of the piece of furniture that housed the refrigerator, microwave and supported the television. Under the television and behind it, the dust was very thick. It appears that housekeeping only wipes down the front of the stand leaving the rear half untouched. “Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“I had a really nice stay here! I stayed for the BTS concert, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Velvet was extremely professional and kind, and Josh was wonderful as well. He helped me very quickly and was fast and reliable, even though it was very busy when I arrived. I really appreciated that!

“The room smelled very strongly of mold/mildew and was damp. We asked to switch rooms several times but they could not accommodate. Asked for a dehumidifier or anything else that could be done - our info was taken down and never received a response. The location is convenient and parking is reasonable but I would not recommend this hotel in good faith.”
