“I first started saying that the BWI La Quinta back in 2024 it was stellar. Up until I'd say the early part of this year it seems to kind of fell off as far as the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. We stayed in the first floor room 102 it was clean but it was very damp and it smelled mildewy like an old basement with water. I went to the front desk to let the lady know ask for dehumidifier asked for some type of deodorizer for the room and all I got was a spray of air freshener,...

“No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing.”

“To many bugs to kill, i come back and bug in one of the beds. The other bed i slept with my clothes on smh.”
