“I stayed at this hotel for four days, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was finding roaches in my room, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and this alone would make me think twice about returning.
There were several other maintenance and housekeeping issues as well. The carpet had noticeable stains, and I found a plastic fork left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, which made me question how...

The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu.
