“We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well.
Also, they did not have fresh...

“Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

“Place is very dirty the carpets are very dirty, you can se it is not vacuum, the floor even in the room feels dirty and I stood in two different rooms this week and both were filthy. Wouldn’t recommend. The food was bad like bad bad like how you mess up a bagel. Breakfast has 0 eggs or any source of protein. I stood here about 10 years ago and no again this week and god what a disappointment. ”
