“Everything was good but only one main thing which was the king size bed we stayed. It was horrible... we couldn't sleep at all. Very old outdated bed makes horrible sounds overtime turn around and pillows and bed has no firm at all. We have found out problem of our bed at late night when we trying tosleep. Couldn't ask front desk to change the room because we have already unluggaged our stuffs and we have two dogs. Maybe just our bad luck.”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

My reservation was specifically for a “Suite, 2 Double Beds,” so I expected the room to offer something meaningfully different from a standard guest room. Instead, it was essentially one open room with some additional floor space and a small sink/counter area. “We arrived early. Anthony tried to find us a room upon our arrival but nothing was available. Since we needed to catch the 1:00 pm train to Washington DC , he got our baggage in storage and said that he would call when the a room was available. Anthony did call to let me know that our room was ready for us when we arrived back . We got back to the hotel around 11:30 pm. We were checked-in and luggage retrieved in a matter of minutes.”
