“When I checked in, I was sent to a room type different than my reservation. When I returned to the desk, only then was I was then given the room in accordance with my reservation. There was a large group of pre-teen girls staying in a room directly across from my room. They played in the hall, running, making noise, and slamming the room door on Saturday and Sunday. I complained to the front desk, but the noise level did not diminish. The breakfast was average. There are renovations taking...

Breakfast quality is excellent and chef Andy and Enith ensured that breakfast was fresh and well stocked at all times (best oatmeal!). We had such a pleasant experience.
