“Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

“They stole my money. I paid for a night due to bad weather from the airline i booked. It was deducted and the hotel claimed they never saw my payment even after showing them my receipt of payment and the deduction from my personal banking acct . I called Expedia they promised to help but never refunded my money . I had to make a payment again . ”
