“We were not allowed to cancel 3-night reservation when Nor'easter was causing flooding in Ocean City, MD. I guess we were expected to drive our car through the salt water and flooded streets to arrive in the storm drenched area. Not what I expected from Hilton. Managers were unavailable to talk to over the phone.
