Appartamenti a Washington

“Would recommend to anyone traveling to the DC area”

“The space was clean and welcoming. The host answered all my questions timely and gave great directions on where to park and how to enter the premises. Very satisfied with our experience.”

“Great apartment Location was very good for shops, restaurants and metrorail”

“Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night.”

“I am very careful about reviewing other properties because I know the impact of a review good or bad. I will say the place was clean, the shower had great pressure and the location was in fact near the metro and there are good places to eat around the area. My hope is the owner of this property adjusts the listing to be more reflective of what you get. You will enter the property through the ally which is literally covered in graffiti including the entrance into this property. Host forgot to...

“The host was incredibly accommodating when we unexpectedly arrived early and needed a late check out. The place was clean and had great access to everything in DC. WE felt welcome, safe and respected! A truly great rental, we would stay there again!”

“My daughter and I stayed 4 days and 4 nights at this property. We enjoyed it very much! It was a nice size for the 2 of us. We liked being able to cook our own food in the fully equipped kitchen. We felt comfortable walking everywhere we needed to go. This property was a relaxing place to return to at the end of a busy day. Also, the owner was easy to reach and was always available to answer questions. If we were to visit DC again, we would definitely look at this residence as an option.”

“Great location, amazing views and fantastic hosts. The only thing I would suggest is to ask for all required documentation at the time of booking. I booked a day in advance and had to send documents and make parking payments while I was on the way. Thanks.”

“The hotel was amazing! Very posh and clean. They put us in a different room than the listing but it was great, had amazing view. Only con was the shower had poor water pressure and the fan didn’t work, everything else was great.”
