“The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

“El hotel estaba limpio. El personal tenia muy pocas ganas de ayudar, el desayuno no era muy rico y no podiamos agregar mas de dos personas. Reserve habitaciones para 4, solo habia 3 toallas y una de las camas ni siquiera tenia mantas, obviamente tampoco haia extras en la habitacion y cuando intentamos llamar a recepcion nadie atendió. Por el precio que pagamos dejó mucho que desear.”

“Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink....
