“The outside of the hotel was fairly dirty. There were small pieces of trash and unknown wet spots all around. The staff was very friendly but that was about the only positive for this property. There was a strong smell of air freshener as soon as you got off the elevator and the room had a musty smell. The air conditioner made a whining noise every time it turned on and did not cool the room very well at all which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.”

“Our initial room reeked of weed smell and was so bad we had to ask to be moved to another room right away. When we told the front desk staff about it, they were more worried if we had disturbed the room any so they could still give it to another person. The 2nd room was better but nothing to write home about. At least it didn't smell so bad. The staff was nice but not concerned either with the issue. The shuttle bus to the airport was nice and clean and the driver did a great job.”

“Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer.
