Hotel a Elkridge

“Hotel was ok. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very limited, had the essentials. There was no shampoo or conditioner, bottles were empty. Was there for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come in.”

“We had a suite. It was very nice. The pool was “under maintenance” which was pretty upsetting for the kids. The pool was on and looked perfect but we weren’t able to use it. The person at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready. ”

“The rooms were clean and large. Couldn’t use the pool because it was outdooors. Their tvs were too old to connect to Netflix or anything of that sort. Television had regular channels like it was connected to an antenna. This hotel was nice but lacking in amenities. Breakfast was great, nice spread of different foods. I wouldn’t stay again though. Oh yeah hotel was small with 2 slow moving elevators.”

“Didn't use laundry service, however dryer was out of service. Room was nice. Used the exercise room, surprised there were no cleaning products in the room to clean equipment after use :( .”

“Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. ”

“We booked our stay after I had a surgical procedure. We were thoroughly pleased with our hotel choice. The facility was very clean. The color choices throughout the hotel were uplifting and calming. The deco was modern and fresh. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bonus for being close to so many shopping/food options and easy access to the interstate! We would definitely book again for leisure or a weekend getaway! ”
