“Weight scale was broken, first time I have ever stayed Marriott and not got any water when checking in from a long day traveling. The week before we stayed at a double tree by Hilton and they gave us water and fresh baked cookies on arrival and the rate was even better ”

“The staff at the Hyatt House BWI are absolutely fantastic and kind people. I arrived to the hotel they greeted me, I forget my charger.. they let me borrow a charger for few minutes so my phone wouldn’t die, the shuttle driver took me to local gas station to get a few necessities. Great hospitality professionals. I will definitely recommend and come back. ”

“If you want go into the pool, make sure you check the hours before you book. Pool is closed at 6 o’clock on Sunday and closed every Tuesday for some reason. Extremely inconvenient and should be stated on their property description. Because of the planes we had, we were not able to use the pool, which is the whole reason I picked that hotel. There is also no sundries shop only a vending machine.”

“Great hotel. Parking is offsite - there is a parking garage less than a block away though. Breakfast was hot, fresh and the variety was great! The room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and the shower was fantastic. There are a few places to walk to for food and drink, which is always a plus! ”

“For my short two day stay, I only ate breakfast once and it didn't have french toast which is a favorite when traveling, but did have bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, danishes etc., which was okay to me. However the dark roasted coffee left an after taste which lingered in my mouth. The hotel was crowded and not a lot of parking 😒 😑 maybe because it was on a Friday thru Sunday. Also, when me and my guest got up on Saturday and went about my day, and came back, my room wasn't...

“We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. ”
