“Stayed for six nights. Assumed there would be maid service. There was none. ”

Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well. Also, they did not have fresh...

“I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel...

“I was booked for 2 nights but I stay just 1 night and let the sonesta receptionist aware that i am checking out early but they have still charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. Even though I made them be aware that i have connected Expedia customer service that I can check out early but sonesta still went ahead to charged me 2 night fee. I need my refund ”

“Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink....

“The biggest complaint is the smell in the hallways. They allow pets and we can surely smell it. They charge people $70 per day to bring pets so I hope they are using that money to properly clean the carpets instead of pocketing it out of greed. The breakfast was okay. The staff saw me struggling with two heavy suitcases and a book bag and just stared at me which I thought was weird. Stay somewhere else if you want to be in walking distance to the harbor or Fells Point.”
