"La reception, la zona relax, l'area ristoro tutto molto bello, peccato che la nostra camera era MOLTO MOLTO piccola, non c'era posto nemmeno per aprire i bagagli. Il letto era da parete a parete, attaccato alla finestra, si faceva veramente fatica, per una buona sistemazione bisogna prenotare camere sopra i 200 Euro a notte. La posizione dell hotel è ottima da un lato, verso la parte nuova della città, dall'altro lato..direi di no. Eviterei."

Finally, on Monday morning, I left the room at 10:30 to go sightseeing and returned at 16:00 to find that the cleaning service had not yet come and therefore the room remained like that because I went to bed to rest after walking for hours. No one apologized for the inconvenience suffered! The Hotel ultimately needs a more competent and active management and more persons of service."
