“Stay was nice. Room was pretty clean. Staff was helpful. No issues. Stayed 5 nights.”

“The website versus actual property are not accurate. The hotel looks ran down on the outside but nice looking once inside. Looks as if property was going through renovations and not quite completed. Bathroom showers were not clean, had to be moved to a different room because of a spider nest in the ceiling. Nice staff though, comfy and clean beds. Room overall clean just not my the type of hotel I’d normally chose and it could use some improvements.”

“this particular property had roaches and other bugs in the room. crawling on the stove and behind the mirror.”

“The location of the property was ideal for shopping and restaurants (about 5 minutes to several shopping centers and the mall). It is also not far from Sandy point (about 15 minutes) or Kent Island attractions (about 25 minutes). There is nothing to complain about with the staff who were nice enough. The room and hotel are fine but, to me, were not quite up to the expected standard of a DoubleTree. We didn't use it but there is a convenient shuttle that probably we could have taken advantage of.”
