We grilled by the private beach one night and there was even a tote with supplies and charcoal ready to go on the porch. Had very hot weather on our last day, and the AC kept up fine. “The houseboat is cozy and comfortable. It was very clean upon our arrival. No problem joining the WiFi or watching the TV, but we mostly listened to the local radio station that was on when we arrived. The host is awesome- very communicative and friendly. Her instructions were very clear and she was responsive to messages from the time we booked till we left. With the restaurant, games and outdoor areas we didn’t even need to leave the marina except for some minor grocery items to have on hand....
