“We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. “My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably.
