“A beautiful renovated historical house with charm, clean rooms, decorative furnishings and a wonderful hot breakfast. What we enjoyed the most was the warm hospitality of Willard, Valerie, and the other staff. Very close to downtown St. Michael’s, but just far enough away to give a nice feel of natural serenity. Great for a quick getaway from the city. We will be back. ”

“I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. ”

“The room was over the garage. You couldn’t stand up in half the room as the ceiling was too low. Multiple tripping areas walking into and out of the space. No heat in bathroom. You have to walk to the front of house to enter for coffee in the morning. They have the nerve to charge you to park at the house. ”

“The brunch setting and setup looked amazing. Sadly, we had plans to eat in DTA and didn’t get to experience the brunch. The vibes of the hotel, the attentive staff, and the housekeeping was top notch. We are returning to stay again for commissioning week!”

“My family has taken several trips to Calvert county, but this is the first we've stayed at this hotel. This was, by far, my favorite place to stay. The breakfast is awesome, and my kids loved the indoor pool. The room was nice. The plants in the lobby and pool room are gorgeous. The hotel is in a perfect central location. “our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again”

“All in all I’m satisfied with the hotel, but I prefer harder mattresses, so the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. The breakfast is good, but it took very long to come out, even if there was nobody eating at the same time. ”
