“The continental breakfast was a joke. There were 4 yogurts and one packet of oatmeal. That didn't even feed my family let alone all of the people staying there.”

“Cockroach on 2nd floor. Bug in my room. Carpet from the 90s. Bathroom not clean. I asked for a room near the elevators and he put me at the exit door. Very disappointing considering I had stayed multiple nights. I won't be back. Staff unfriendly.”

“The staff were extremly friendly, the breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The amenities were minimal...no microwaves in teh room and no pool. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again.”

“the hotel is starting to look a little tired, one would expect a Hilton Garden Inn to be in better shape. We've stayed here a few times over the last 3 years and we continue to see the same issues. The windows have a reflective coating on the outside I think to help keep the sun brightness down on the inside. And this coating is cracking, peeling etc and it makes the windows look like they are cracked and shattered in many places. Not a good look. Overall a good place to stay in the Solomon MD...

“This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive.”

“The front desk area and adjacent rooms were under construction. There was only one working elevator and it was creaking and whining which was very scary. The room that we stayed in was in serious need of a makeover. The little refrigerator was not working and was in need of replacement as it was scratched and dinged up. The cover for the comforter on the beds were worn out and had threads hanging off. It was also very scratchy and rough. The carpet was worn in many areas and there was food left...

“The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies.”
