“When we entered the hotel a fresh clean aroma greeted us. The lobby was clean, with a well stocked information kiosk, a lounge area and a desk and computer. The complementary breakfast was good with a variety of items including sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, a variety of breads and juices. Our room was clean and spacious with a king bed, pullout sofa, desk, mini refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom needs updating: especially the tub/ shower. The bed was fairly comfortable, but...

“The HVAC in my room did not work. Could not turn heat of ac or fans on. Did not notice til I went to bed and then it was too late to call maintenance or change rooms. I informed the desk attendant to have fixed for the next guest ”

“The parking is great, the room was clean, the staff was okay, breakfast was good. The facility is aging and not well maintained. The walls are thin meaning normal voices can be heard from other rooms. There was no backup for glitches in the system. The facility seemed to be poorly run.”
