“A nicely designed hotel which made use of an historic building. It’s very convenient to parking and walkable to many places in the Washington Heights area. The staff was great and the restaurant was a big step above most hotel restaurants.”

“When we arrived, the first room had no a/c. I went to the front desk, and he got the maintenance man to check it. He could not fix it. We were moved to a different room with a/c. There was a weird smell in the hotel during our entire stay. The breakfast items were cold. The bathroom was small. The sink held water the entire time. This hotel seems outdated and needs a lot of work to update it. The worker at the front desk could not even tell us where the CFG Bank Arena was. Next time, I will...

“Room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed. Great shower with superb water pressure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast (for which we paid $10 extra) was mediocre and underwhelming: eggs, sausage, muffins and mediocre coffee. No yogurt and very limited fruit selection. If you have a car, I suggest skipping breakfast at the hotel.”
