“Hyatt regency is more like a Hyatt place … fewer people working , in room dining is in paper boxes with plastic cutlery , but still regency pricing . But excellent pet policy and everyone so kind to pets ”

“Everyone from front desk all the way to the incredible environmental services (or cleaning crew, depending on what they refer to them by) were absolutely OUTSTANDING! My family and I agreed that it was the BEST place we have stayed at yet! We just wish we had more time to check out the little store because it was just so cute! Haha! We were in town for the festival so that ate up a lot of our time but we will definitely be back- I may come down in Feb for my birthday to hang! 😊”
