“It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. “We stayed in the Frost room and it was a perfect spot to land after a day of traveling. The breakfast was delicious too. I would recommend staying here when visiting the area. ”

“We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. “I had to book a room for my husband for a few nights for work because his usual hotel (25 miles away) was booked out. Not sure what was going on, but this was the most affordable hotel in the area. Now, generally, I dont book the most affordable because "you get what you pay for" but I did it anyway because the others available were over twice as much.
