“Prachtige, super fijne en sfeervolle accommodatie. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn ontzettend lief en hebben ons er heel welkom gevoeld. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd en we genoten van het haardvuur en het uitzicht. ”

“This is not the traditional type of big, luxurious Japanese onsen hotel but it’s new, relaxing, airy and chic. In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale. The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth...

“Modern Westernized Hotel with a fantastic view of Lake Toya and wonderful staff. A 25 minute drive to Rutsusu ski area. Lovely soaking jacuzzi tub with views of the lake. We will definitely stay here again to ski Rutsusu. ”

“Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement apprécier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! ”

“This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu.”
