“I didn’t even stay the dates was messed up and they would not help me in anyway witch was disappointing instead the lady told me well you not getting your money back no one reach out or said anything I called a number of times I tried fix issue month in advance I would not recommend that place to no one ”

“I was very surprised. The facility was very run down. The room had a kitchenette absolutely no items to use in the kitchen. No mugs no glasses no plates no silverware. Nothing to make coffee or tea not even a roll a paper towels. The best thing about my room was the bed. I will never book there again.”

“Facility is spotlessly clean all the time. Staff are great, prolonged stay can seem questionable and unwelcome, especially if you’re transitioning into a new space. I don’t know how the vents in their bathrooms work though, they probably work subtly or don’t work at all. Plan accordingly, read all online reviews carefully, use your best judgment. ”

“The room was very comfortable with places to sit and a refrigerator with freezer. Great breakfast buffet. Only one elevator was working which created quite a wait. The swimming pool was out of order. The only place to get ice was on the first floor - all the others were out of order. The staff did keep the lobby area and hallways clean.”

There were signs of an old building refurbished, like the low-feeling ceilings and painted over bumps in the trim, a patch of plaster on the bathroom wall where something had once been, but everything was very clean. There were lots of grab bars around the tub in our ADA accessible room, but no shower seat. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an extra charge when we booked, which has not been the norm with our Holiday Inn Express experiences...
