“Room was clean. Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms have a kitchen. Isolated but stores with in easy car ride. They do take dogs and one dog whined all night but other than that? Nice hotel”

“The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes. No coffee pot…Not a cup or anything. Then at 5 am the building fire alarm went off- smoked filled the building and we were evacuated while the fire department checked...

“I chose this hotel SPECIFICALLY because it said it had a restaurant- after a long day travelling I certainly didn’t want to have to go out to eat. However the guy on the desk told me that the only food they could serve that evening was ‘fried food’. Yuk. But because if tiredness I decided to just go for it and boy was I disappointed! Chicken nuggets and fries - no wine was to be had because ‘we don’t want to open a bottle just to serve one glass’. Blimey what happened to ‘hospitality’? To cap...

“First night I was on the noisy side but staff was kind enough to move my room for the second night”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. The room smelled like mildew. Upon further inspection, there were dirt, cobwebs and bugs along the walls. I could tell the room wasn’t properly cleaned because there were dog toys and a half eaten Oreo near the sofa. The sofa bed carriage was literally COVERED in mold and the mattress had so many stains. Complete inconvenience because there were no rooms available and I had to look for a room at another hotel. The good thing was I was able to get a full refund.”
