“The view from the room is not what we expected. We expected a direct oceanview and balcony facing the ocean where we could hang out on the balcony. All rooms face to the left or right hotal with no direct ocean front rooms. The bacony is 2' wide and can only fit plastic chairs sideways. Location is great. Parking at the hotel was limited as it seems non-hotel residents park there. Mattress seemed old and overly soft. Its truely a 3 star hotel.”

“Room was not clean. Hair from previous guests all over bathroom and bedroom. Dishwasher and stove need to be replaced. Entire place is in desperate need of updates. ”

“The pool was nice but no one was there togive towels or keep the floors and elevators clean. This left a damp smell everywhere. Even the lobby chairs were soaking wet. I made the mistake of sitting in one. My entire rear end was wet for hours. No place to change. Checkin took hours.”

“The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior.”

“The room smelled and was small. Breakfast buffet was decent but expensive. Lunch/poolside menu was great and yummy. Staff was nice. Beach was clean.”

“We arrived at 4pm and had to wait more than an hour due to rooms not being released. Front desk was unable to give us a time so we were stuck waiting and told they would text us when the room could be released. Went to this property during a cooler season in April and the indoor pool (only pool warm enough to swim in) was closed for our entire trip. Bowling and arcade on property were nicer amenities to have on site along with a few different food and drink options. Overall cleanliness of...
