“The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

“There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”

“First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel...
