“We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. They showed us 2 rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. Both had very good views and both were spacious and clean. “The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!”
