Hotel a Sùng Bang

“About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)”

“Valley views were amazing. Meals were good. Staff was especially friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed playing with their pets. My kids loved playing darts in the lobby. Since it was low season, I felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. There's not much around the immediate vicinity, but you can take an inexpensive Grab to the village in the valley or walk down if you don't mind walking back up.”

“Lovely place. We were in a bungalow, a small living room downstairs overlooking trees and part of the town, mountains behind…even better view from the bedroom above. Large bed, asked and got extra pillows. Good shower. Safe in the room and hairdryer. The staff are amazing. We arrived at 7am from the overnight Vicsapa Train from Hanoi. “The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly.”

“Mr. Kim, the owner of the hotel (not a Korean descent) and all the staff members were excellent in providing services and tour information. The breakfast was modest but good enough to start a day. The hotel is located on a bit of up-hill but this is not unusual for the hotels and businesses in Sapa. It was conveniently located in the center of Sapa town and we were able to walk to and from many restaurants and tourist places. It is reasonably priced and very friendly place. Highly recommended.”
