“The staff was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Forgot to bring my adapters for US to UK, they loaned me one to recharge my phone etc for my stay. We arrived a few hours prior to check in time and were allowed to rest in spa area. We were provided free shuttle to cruise terminal. Our accommodation was excellent. Would stay again.”

“A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌”

“The only complaint I have is the TV in our room - changing channels and getting subtitles (as I and my wife are profoundly deaf) was difficult but was made a little better after batteries in the remote controller were replaced.
Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory!”

“Check in was quick and easy, the only problem for me was hauling my bags up the outer staircase. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the en suite shower room was also clean.
Jacqui was very pleasant and helpful, and I would happily stay here again.”

“Very peaceful. All you need is provided (in the way of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, washing up stuff etc), baskets of logs are available to purchase on site. Small shower/toilet block but it's enough. Smashing location, in woods, close to water/beach, pubs etc.”

“Good food options, because I have an ankle injury ,and moonboot , I found it difficult to get in bed and also have a shower ,no rails and high bath.

“We had a lovely time at the Hilton.We came for the Cricket and found the hotel to be a perfect choice. The Receptionist was very helpful. Room was lovely. We had breakfast and that was really good quality and good value. If your down this way give yourself a real treat and stay at the Hilton West End”
