Hotel a New Caney

“Families with children should be on first floor. We had running overhead at all hours night and early ( 5:30am) morning. Doors should have slow close. They slam and wake people. Could have more fresh fruit and free bottles water. ”

“Booking was easy and Check in was a breeze! Great staff. AC was VERY COLD. ”

“Our fridge didn’t really work, the staff barely spoke to us, the room had this nasty smell that wasn’t mildew but dirty unwashed. The elevator button only works sometimes and the gym wasn’t available. The staff however was nice enough to store our ice cream. ”

“Lots of places to eat and shop in a short drive or walk (if desired). Breakfast was edible, plan to eat somewhere else if you like a variety. ”

“I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back.”

“We actually did not even stay here. They had plug in air fresheners in the lobby, in all the hallways and in the rooms. I am very allergic to things with fragrance and had a migrane by the time we got to our room. We left immediately and had to get another hotel room.”

“Breakfast was good, even though I only had it once. I do wish there were more meat options for guests who don’t eat pork. Parking was convenient and well-lit. The room was very clean, and being at the end of the hallway made it nice and quiet. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive. One staff member even moved me to another room when I wasn’t satisfied with the first, which I really appreciated. I also enjoyed the full bar during happy hour. Overall, I would...
