“The female front desk staff member was very rude. During checkout, I saw her knocking on doors and even leaving a guest’s room door open while they were still asleep, which felt highly unprofessional and concerning. The rooms themselves were ok, but the shower head appeared to have mold, which was unpleasant and raised cleanliness concerns.”

“Everything was wonderful except the night lady did not want to sale water because she said that it makes a lot of noise and it loud. And she will get some out later on but you can purchase soda. That’s not what i wanted I was super thirsty but i ended up with 2 soda anyway because she still didn’t get the water other than that everything was nice I wil visit again ”

“The staff didnt keep up with the demand of coffee, eggs, sausage when we went to eat. We waited about 10 minutes for the staff to replenish. We were able to eat before boarding the shuttle van. Upon entering our room it seemed very musty or moldy. We didnt say anything figuring they wouldnt do anything. ”

"La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!"
