“This hotel served its purpose for a short stay, but unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again. The property is very dated, had a noticeable musty/moldy odor, and did not feel particularly clean. The bed linens were stained, which was especially disappointing. The complimentary continental breakfast was mediocre at best. While I appreciate that breakfast was included, I expected better quality and selection. We were in town for a bereavement trip, so the hotel met our immediate needs...

“Everything was HORRIBLE. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they gave me smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was a burnt crack pipe on the floor, cigarette burn holes in the bed, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I asked to be switched to another room, and while they did move me, the second room had a random man’s dirty clothes left inside. I asked for the room to be cleaned and for the sheets to be changed, but they never changed them becauseI ended up doing...

“The hotel is a bit older, not a Radisson Blu, but the interior has been update and is very clean and large, the linens were clean and new. The manager is so very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Everything positive.”

“Disorganized front staff. Management intercede and fixed issue. A 3-4 star basic property. I would stay again.”
