“Staff was almost non-existent. Booked through Expedia with my service animal, the day i checked out I was confronted at 10:00 saying I would have to pay a pet deposit and cleaning fee for each day. I explained my animal is medically certified and was not a violation. I was forced to pull up and display my service animal certificates and reluctantly they waived any extra charges, but then at 10:30 there was a knock at the door with the man saying "times up, get out!" “For a cheap hotel this place is better than expected. Room was modern and clean. No table just a small desk and 1 crappy little office chair. Had a comfy king bed with only 2 small worn out pillows. I had to by a couple for $5 each. It was quite and the parking lot was as bright a day in the middle of the night. I definitely felt safe. Only had a half roll of toilet paper and the manager refused to give me any more as he also refused a couple extra pillows. All and all I stayed a week and...

“Don’t stay at this place!! I was shocked as Hampton Inn is usually a safe bet. Front desk gal was parked under canopy, wouldn’t move her car. Said it was too dark when she got off work to walk in the parking lot. 7 cars were sitting in the pouring rain waiting for her to move. She didn’t. Every hallway smelled like horrible stinky feet!! Elevator wasn’t working, had to hike the stairs. Dirt and gravel all over the hallway on the 2nd floor. Our room wasn’t vacuumed & out of T.P. and Kleenex. Had...

“Everything was wonderful except the night lady did not want to sale water because she said that it makes a lot of noise and it loud. And she will get some out later on but you can purchase soda. That’s not what i wanted I was super thirsty but i ended up with 2 soda anyway because she still didn’t get the water other than that everything was nice I wil visit again ”

“The first room i was given had something similar to blood on the floor. The second room smelled stale. The toilet was covered with hair and the floor was sticky. The coffee machine in the lobby never worked in the 4 days we were there.”

“No internet couldn’t do my work, tv didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly. The towels dirty, parking lot was terrible”
