“Un buen lugar para quedarse en espera del crucero queda cerca del puerto de galveston, propiedad no tan nueva pero bien cuidado, el trato del personal siempre fue bueno y en general estaban limpias las instalaciones, con desayuno incluido”

“Basic, really strong “cleaner” smell”

“Clean room. Coffee maker did not work. Spa was not heated. Breakfast was good. Super packed but staff did a good job in refilling food. Staff was hit or miss. Check in staff was grumpy but check out staff was very friendly and personable. ”

“One King-size bed room was large, clean, and comfortable. The only suggestion is to offer guests free cup of coffee at restaurants coffee bar - staff said we must pay for it. Experience at all other hotels is that morning coffee is complimentary.”

“I was happy to be able to check in half an hour early, since we went to the beach and we needed a shower. The man working the front desk seemed to naturally have a lot of attitude and seemed to be kind of rude from the beginning but I didn’t let it bother me until we made our way to our room. “Parking was great! Staff were friendly from start to finish! AC wasn’t initially on but that is to be expected and worked perfectly! Only knock I had is no coffee maker, but the fridge and microwave more than made up for it!”

“Room card key repeatedly did not work on exercise room. Wifi sign in and security issues and ended up not using at all. From second floor room only one emergency fire exit stairwell at one extreme end of building Good breakfast buffet. Excellent mexican/cajun restaurant next door. ”
