“We arrived at the location at approximately 430 pm and several other family members arrived approximately 30 minutes later. When we conducted an initial walk-thru of the property, we were attempting to determine sleeping arrangements for our party when we noticed a series of issues throughout the house that clearly indicated the home had not been cleaned or prepped for our upcoming stay. “Such a cute little house. Not far from shopping and restaurants. It was a nice place to stay with plenty of room for our group of 8. Host was very responsive. Nice like extras throughout the home to make you feel welcomed. ”

“Property was not clean with sticky residue on the floors and inside of freezer was dirty. Also, we saw multiple roaches in the house. The freezer/refrigerator also did not work. Lost multiple cold grocery items of about 50. Messaged the host about it and did not reply back until after we checked out. Neighborhood was very sketchy but no one bothered us. ”
