“Very clean room and the staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs.”

“It was a clean place with very friendly staff. The only issue I had was the room that we stayed in smelled like somebody had smoked in it previously, but the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was good for the one night stay.”

Fui con mi esposo y otra pareja. Éramos cuatro en una habitación doble, el espacio era suficiente y la vista de la habitación era un 10. La comida fue bastante buena y la atención del personal fue excelente. Aún así creo que deberían de ponerle un poco de atención a la sala de juegos que se encuentra en el lobby ya que estaba...

“Very cute little place and very warm and friendly. Easy to get in and out. Wish there were drawers to put my clothes (other than under-the-bed drawers that were sort of in the way) and wish the air conditioner worked better. Set it to the lowest it would allow, 67 but it never got below 74 and for us that made for not a great night's sleep. Maybe it was just that room?”

“The room had mold on the walls and smelled moldy. Other guests also complained of the musty smell. Staff was very friendly. We paid $300 a night for a room and this should have been more of $100 night room due to quality.”

“We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.”

“Our travel companion is handicapped and needed a roll-in shower. He specifically called and spoke to person at the property and reserved that room not just an assessable room. He called more than a week prior to make sure it was available and was assured it was reserved. We got to the property and were told the room was not available. The man on duty says well I can cancel your reservation and you can go somewhere else. This was 4th of July weekend on Galveston Island. Not many choices at...

“Great place to stay if you're coming down for the beach. The hotel was clean, and the staff was super friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was great, and on-site laundry, which you have to pay for, was very useful. The rooms were clean and had a full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with plates, silverware, and glassware.”
