“Poorly maintained, frig had bait/fish blood pooled and smelled terrible. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Sandy floors, dog crap all over the back yard. Bathroom floor spotted with some kind of mud/dog? Noooo refunds!”

“We had a fantastic stay! Close to the beach and a great house! Beach box was great to rent from! The house was great with lots of space. Pet friendly which is great for us as we travel with our pup. Would definitely rent from Beach Box again in the future!”

“Response was timely, but there were a lot of little things that you wouldn't expect to find broken, missing or not working as part of a rental. The heat was set to 86 upstairs, a picture was very crooked, the fridge was flashing lost power. It has continued to beep every couple of minutes during our stay.
